WHY BOTHER?

The most pressing reason to exercise today is still COVID19.  Professor Chris Whitty (CMO) in April 2020 advised “there is no situation, there is no age and no condition where exercise is not a good thing.” Being fit means having robust physical and mental health; robust enough to withstand and recover from illness.

Working from home or sitting most of the day through quarantine, lockdown and furlough has exacerbated problems like poor posture, bigger waistlines and heavier drinking. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), fear and anxiety became widespread as we had little chance to recharge our wounded and exhausted minds. These lifestyle repercussions have paved the way for illness long after the pandemic has subsided.

Historically, I have been operating in the heart of the Royal Borough of Greenwich in homes, offices and private gyms as well as outdoors.  I have served surrounding areas (Blackheath, Charlton, Deptford, Canary Wharf), providing a professional and reliable service since the day I started!
